[FIXED] [Quest] Karuk NPC .goes under the map.

Bug description: can't compelete any quest to this npc because he goes under the map ..and comes up for 1 sec ..spent like 15 min waiting and moving maybe he stays but it's kinda bugged .

Moved him a little and added some npc flags, let me know if it still happens.
