Bug description: Sealed Chest should drop only from Lich King - ICC 25 man modes. Currently, the chest is present on all difficulties. Also, its drop chance should be 0.9% not 100%. It should be 100% only if a player in the raid has the following quest: https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=24748&&name=the-lich-king-s-last-stand .

No GM reported it to Shocker, but they all noticed that the entire server is selling the mounts & tabards on the AH and global, that's interesting. The mount and the tabard were supposed to be pretty rare and appreciated items on retail, but here..everyone can obtain them in 20-30 minutes.
