[Priest][Shadow] Mastery: Shadowy Recall vs DI and FCDL

Bug description: My guess is that the Mastery procs are not proccing DI and FCDL, since on Freakz those 2, especially DI, are proccing very low

Look at all those procs. On Freakz often you get an entire SW:P or VT without even a proc, you could say "bad RNG bro", but look all those videos. I sometimes do an entire ARENA without a single proc from DI

Currently through combat log I tried to confirm this but it's not possible, since combat log doesn't say if the source of the proc is the Mastery or the normal dmg. If someone could do it would be great or maybe some gm through Freakz db or just by disabling his proc chance on normal dmg if you can do that and see if it procs from Mastery

EDIT: http://imgur.com/a/kaJ7n See, 34 normal ticks and 11 Mastery tick from VT and FCDL just procced me 5 times. 36 normal ticks and 10 Mastery ticks and those 7 Mind Blasts were all CASTED. No procs at all I don't know if there's something wrong even with the talents' proc chance, but that's ridiculously low.

It may be an error, look at the battle net post date. Also it actually confirms your post even more, because you complain of low procs, and even say that they do not proc from mastery.
