Silvermoon City Orb of Translocation

Hi again guys

Also want to report another bug regarding the orb of translocation that goes from Silvermoon City to Undercity & vice versa, when activating it, the cast bar shows and all, but you don't get taken to the other side of it.

If any of the GMs can have a look at that 1, will be much appreciated. Thanks again
