[Nitro Boosts] and [Synapse Springs] must not break stealth
dont ask a prove because in a lot of videos in youtube made by players which plays only in blizzard they use them for example [Synapse Springs] before to open so they can max the dps and also use [nitro boosts] in stealth for chasing or to escape even after poup up cloak of shadows into vanish please review this couz i`ve tried a lot of times to report this to gms ingame ... and everyone says use the bug tracker so here i am !

I hope you will review this couz the Tinkers are nog in GCD they are not a potion or any kind of consumable
also there is not a reason to can i use an ability generating combo point which is in GCD but also to do not break stealth and aby cc on enemy but the tinkers to break the stealth this just doesnt make any sense !
