i bid on blackmarket for the pattern of royal satchel cuz i thought if i could get it i could use it even tho im not exalted on the august celestial rep., well, why would they sold it on blackmarket if you need to be exalted to the rep. to use it?, it doesnt make sense right? i won the bid for 10k gold, i have the pattern now and i can't use it

, so here i am asking for a refund for my 10k gold, i need those gold badly, if thats how blackmarket works, well ill just grind my rep. in august celestials and buy it on quartermaster for only 50g
