Bug description: Dosen't scale properly with haste.

According to icy-veins: http://www.icy-veins.com/forums/topic/593-54-affliction-tips-quirks/ Section 10) Stat priority. it should give a +4 ticks to Corruption @13737 haste
Now the math:
9 ticks Corruption with no gear
12 ticks Corruption with gear @13769 haste
9 ticks no gear + 4 from 13737 haste = 13 ticks

At 38.94% you get 13 ticks, you had 37.58%. No bug, reject @Daeron.

with that image it shows that at 38.94% u get 13.737 , while (if im not exagerating " US " ) get only 37.58% as you can see on the print i post , that said ,,, if the breakpoints its decided by % and not raw number , than the scaling of haste is broken, so we get less % per Point.



I agree with u , it may be at 38.94% (have to test it) . but it also say u should have 13.737 haste , wich in our case its not working so, in the end , it is a problem (bug)

It's in raid, you need to have 5% spellhaste aura. Loot at none.
