CINE ARE DREPTUL SA VOTEZE?
    Userii cu acces peste Blood Guard pe server (Warlords, Generals, Champions) sunt singurii in masura sa voteze aprobarea sau respingerea cererilor. Ei sunt obligati sa acceseze cu regularitate in aceasta sectiune. (Altfel, 1 warning pe server)
    Voturile/posturile celorlalti useri NU vor fi luate in considerare, userii respectivi vor fi sanctionati.(1 warning)
    Votul se va face prin PRO si CONTRA, cel din urma fiind insotit obligatoriu de argumente.(1 warning)
    Acumularea a 10 voturi PRO poate duce la aprobarea cererii; nu garanteaza acest lucru.

ATENTIE!
    Nu dati voturi PRO si argumente CONTRA. Am vazut multe mesaje de genul "hai fie.. PRO", "PRO dar ai grija la limbaj", "PRO dar n-ai 2 luni pe server".
    Fiti siguri in decizii, ori merita accesul, ori nu. De acum incolo fraza "promit ca am sa ma indrept" trebuie ignorata total. Fapte.. si apoi mai discutam.

Evitati sa postati in propria cerere cu privire la anumite voturi/argumente, doar daca este cu adevarat necesar postati altfel nu.


Te asteptam cu o noua cerere peste 30 de zile (20.01.2017) cu cerintele necesare plus imbunatatirea comportamentului tau pe server (nu ai luat doar o data gag de la mine pentru limbaj).
