Can an admin make a noobs life a little better?

I started the Quel'Delar quest chain and after I have finished it I made a huge mistake by not looking carefully and selected the 1h version when I needed the 2h one.I know its a minor problem but please can someone help me with this rather embarrassing one

There are currently lots of tickets mostly because of the Christmas event and its like 02:15, we doing our best.

I did that first about 20 mins ago.I was not sure if any gm was online though
