No one answering my tickets

I have been writing tickets for about 2 days now but still not a single gm came to help me with my problem

As far as I remember your problem requires both you and any GM being online ingame which cuts the chance of your ticket being answered especially now that it's Christmas, we also do have families so you have to understand that things might run a lil' slower for a couple of days.
