A question about classes and balance in pvp and pve

Hi! I didnt play very much on this mop server, but tought to return and give it another shot. I have a question though:
How are classes overall and balancing in this game, in both pvp and pve? Are most of the classes (respectively specs) viable? Or are there some completely overpowered specs, and others are just trash/mediocre?
Try to keep this is objective as possible please. Thank you!

I myself am very anti-PvP player, however when it comes to PvE classes are pretty well balanced. There aren't any Super OP classes, nor some completly broken ones.
We on Freakz strive to provide the best possible gaming experience for our players, thus so we try to keep all class/spells/talents as blizzlike as possible.
