Killed General Nazgrim on normal difficulty. He dropped Shoulderguards of the Righteous Stand and Nazgrim's Gutripper but no gloves token (Gauntlets of the Cursed xxxxx). Unless I'm mistaken there is always meant to be one of the tree tokens on the bosses that can drop tokens...
