Fix is out CS 1.6 tested on steam and non steam windows servers: |

This patch Fixes the "SV_ParseVoiceData" exploit as well as the "***".

1. Run the patcher
2. Select your hlds root directory
3. click patch
4. Start your server again!

------------------------------------------------
Make sure you are on an Admin account.
Don't patch file while server is running.
Easy!
