Bug description: The damage according to the information has to be bugged, look at the pictures down below.

And what it does: http://i.imgur.com/zY72rCt.png as you can see on the picture the guy I used it on doesn't have that good gear and I also had 5 combo points which means I should atleast deal around 30k, But all I did was 6k? there's something wrong with the scaling for sure. Both pictures taken from the server almost at the same time.

The dmg is ok mate.
The pvp resil with both trinkets is 80%, that means for 30k you should do around 6k. Your pvp power increases the dmg but you barely have some.
On top of that the dmg is reduced by armor also.
