Details: I have purchased the shoulders via vote points right when the server crashed (yesterday). Usually I receive the items within minutes but I figured I should wait a bit more since the server crashed it might need to pick itself up first.
I logged in today and I haven't received a mail with the item yet. Yesterday (few hours after ordering the item) I checked all my alts just in case I missclicked the recipient character. No mail on those either.

Another request I'd like to add is if it takes too long to solve my situation, I would appreciate a vote points refund since the heirloom item won't be of much use to me anymore as I would have leved up already.

you have not purchased heirloom shoulders from vote points do not make fake request and get your account banned.
