[DUPLICATE] Noggenfogger Elixir doesn't work

Noggenfogger Elixir the drink that transform you in skeleton and reduce your size is doesn't work properly, in many battlegrounds i can't drink it (this spell is not avaible for you) and one more thing, after i summon my mount, i come back in normal size!

well this video shows that in warsong gulch it should work ,and also the thing that you get back to normal after you used Noggenfogger is real ,i can confirm it too
