[DUPLICATE] Hero's Call: Thousand Needles!

Bug description: I didn't found the quest Hero's call: Thousand Needles at no Hero's Board and i looked in every city. I did all the hero's call quests from all the boards and i still don't have it. While i was doing te quests i noticed that i also don't have Hero's call : vashj'ir. I really need the quests because without them i can't make loremaster. In Thousand Needles i have 59/60 quests and i checked all the npc that gives quests and i don't have any left.No drop quests either..
Proof: Other players had the quest Hero's Call: Thousand Needles and i went with an offchar and i had it and done it and copleted the chain. I tryed to sare the quest but it won't work.

Try to do this Quest first To New Thalanaar , from what i know Hero's Call: Thousand Needles! is a part of series.
Do that quest first and then look for the Hero's call.

I don't have that q. I know about him and i don't have in on my main char. I did it with an offchar and completed the chain. That's what I don't understand. Why am I missing some q on one char but not on all. And the quest was't done in the past because then i would have the chain, but i checked every q form the chain and I don't have one.
