Bug description: Cloak and Dagger works in Shadow Dance. It shouldn't.

Cloak and Dagger does not apply to skills while Shadow Dance is active.
It only works in stealth and for 3 seconds of Subterfuge.

Hotfix (2013-10-07): "Corrected an issue with Cloak and Dagger that could allow Rogues to bypass some targeting and line-of-sight restrictions."
MoP Patch 5.4.0 (2013-09-10): Now allows the Rogue to use [Ambush], [Garrote], and [Cheap Shot] from 40 yards away (up from 30 yards).

2014-06-16" this is 4 months earlier than the hot fix i think or i dont know the numbers ? ^^

And also for this expansion ... shadow dance is still an improved stealth condition the same like vanish

Well... Shadow Dance reduces energy cost of ambush by 20.
Cloak and Dagger should not work with Shadow Dance.
