Problem with the game

I downloaded the game, I've done everything is said in the guide, but everytime I open the Wow.exe it does wow error, in every case. I tried many things, but no one works. Help me please.

The instruction at "0x0F5A9143" referenced memory at 0x0000000C
The memory could not be "read"

I've solved. Please in the guide write this : who has Windows 10 has to deactivate Game DVR.
