Wow.exe opens luncher and can't open wow.

Hello

I had 5.4.8 client and copied freakz launcher to wow folder,
First i got this error :

Then i turned off win deffender and firewall and i got this :

I got same client and launcher on my old pc and it works perfectly

Any idea what's wrong or what to do?!

I did everything as the topic you're referring to said already, and as I said I'm using the same client I have on my old pc and it works fine on that pc.
same Config.wtf same realmlist ... still I get launcher error as the second photo I attached to my main post .
PS: I'm using win10 on both pc's
