Can't withdraw gold from guild bank.

Bug description: Despite being the leader of the guild I am not able to withdraw gold from the guild bank. I only have 2 ranks active in the guild as you can see on the screenshots.

Yes all members cannot withdraw gold from the Guild Vault, not only the leaders....
