Leveling Problem 85-90 Grayed Quest

I have a problem with all of my Quest in Mop.
All Quest grayed!!!

For Level 90 I need several years!!!!

Ok, first of all.

Grayed quests in The Arboretum I guess, since is the only screenshot you show in the topic, from Elder Anli. Those quests are lvl 90 dailies, which means that if you are not 90 you can't get access to them.

You can complete the "Upjade Complete" achievement and not be 90.

I don't know if ALL the quests are grayed for you, since you only show the dailies one. I will assume you didn't went to Kun-Lai or some similar zone to continue your lvling, so please, go to Kun-Lai Summit and continue the quests there. You will find an introductory quest in Dawns Blossom in Jade Forest. In the inn talk to the little NPC with a huge backpack to start the questline. Then go to Grassy Cline (fly path) and talk to the other little NPC there. Finally, follow the stairs to the start of the river passing the "Tavern in the Mist" and you will find a NPC to complete your quest and to begin with the Kun-Lai Summit questline (this questline also give you access to the Vale of Eternal Blossom after completing the Temple of the White Tiger quest)

I'm done 40 - 50 Quest. maybe more I don't know how to count... for 1.3% - XP: 112680 / 8670000 1.3% Through Level 85
For Level 86 I need 3000 - 4000 Quest ????

And finally, even if I want to continue where to find them?

Well. They all are lvl 86+ quests. I guess they might be something wrong, so tomorrow I will try to follow all your steps in-game and check which with lvl I end up.

Actually all those quests are suppouse to be 86+ quest, and you are lvl 85.... So the only solution is for me to get my lvl 84 char and make all the steps you made to "lvl up" your char.

Also notice that you need to nearly complete all the quests in Jade Forest to be able to level up, but is weird because you completed the achievement.

And by the way.... That character can be from Cata? I mean did you have that character on Cataclysm and just started playing again?

I tried to check your exp bar in the screenshots but can't find it... I'm not used to that addon

Ok, that's not even possible. You completed the Jade Forest achievement, and you have 1.3% of your level 85 character...

A GM should look into this isssue since this is very strange. Maybe your character is capped to 85 or something. it's weird. As I said before I can't look more into this issue, I don't have the power to...

I hope some GM can aswer this fast enough so you can continue with your leveling

PS: Make a ticket in-game too and explain the situation there.

Most probably your XP is turned off and you can't progress any further. Try talking to this NPC in Stormwind with the option that you want to start gaining XP again and then try killing anything in Pandaria to see if it works. Reply if that helped you.
