Hi,
Will we be able to buy heirlooms directly from the start on the new realm? Or only after a while?
I am asking to know if I should stock up on VP.

There's no official decision about vote shop items and if they are going to be available from the start. The safest way would be to save up VP as you can spend them latter on anyway.
