1. Are we still going to receive the weapon heirloom for free on every class in Legion?
2. Are we going to have to buy the upgrades for heirlooms, just like on retail?
3. How exactly do heirlooms work on private servers? If the heirloom give me 5% bonus xp, is that 5% out of the total xp we are receiving, or is it only +5% out of the normal xp we should be receiving on retail?
