Details: (optional) The head dropped, i pressed need for it. I was the only group member needing on it. After the loot roll timing expired, i realised that i wasn't awarded the item and lootframes were bugged. we were at tortos place and wasn't possible to return at council body... i'd like to know if it was possible to get this item i need ...

Pug raid and leader went off..asked his guild to know if he was on an alt or something , but wasn't the case. I've sent him a mail In Game/forum.
