Details: (optional) Malygos' loot is bugged, even if this topic says it's fixed: https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-WOTLK-The-Eye-of-Eternity-Malygos-25-t202427.html (it's in Romanian but I think they're talking about the loot bug.) Items drop, you can roll on them but body disappears without giving the player reward. Here is the album where you can see that I've finished EyE, killed Malygos, got the loot I wanted, and that it's not assigned, even to the point where we leave the instance and we disband our group.
