[FIXED] [Quest] [Shattrath City ] More Feathers bugged (again !)

Bug description: After doing the quest The Outcast's Plight where you turn in 30 feathers after that you get a blue questionmark for More Feathers , you don't get a quest just have to turn in 30 feathers , problem is that the arakkoa-feather http://www.wowhead.com/item=25719/arakkoa-feather
don't drop anymore while normally you have to be able to turn in 1080 feathers to get from neutral till honored.

I had this problem on other private servers too , so i sent them to a second account till i had enough (and still having the start quest The Outcast's Plight http://www.wowhead.com/quest=10917/the-outcasts-plight
at this way i could trick it by keeping the startquest , but on Freakz it doesn't work this way , somehow the server logs it and you can't get any more feathers they won't drop


Proof: i can make a picture but there is nothing to be seen, so i have no proof

Was fixed by DeParanoia 11-02-2017,

But the workaround doesn't work , now you can grind as much feathers as wanted but the turn in is not working , question mark stays grey , and opening the complete window , you see that you have 2x 30 Feathers , bur can't complete
So needs some fine tuning

Ok will be mostly end of the day that the server is restarted.


Btw , compliments never had such a good working server , instead of fast leveling, i am now fully enjoying all those questlines that were broken on most other servers.

Abandon the quest and delete the cache folder. The quest should be working: http://imgur.com/a/gX7Hy
