[FIXED] [Shaman][Passive] Lava Surge proc

Bug description: Lavaburst should consume the buff instantly, but it only consumes when it hits or misses the target, as I've had the buff proc after being fired off from my character, not got the second lavaburst off and it's consumed the buff, losing 2 buff for 1 proc. Had this multiple times now while leveling. Its the transition time from fired to hit target, subsequently if I'm far enough from my target, and its moving away, I can use 1 proc to fire off 2 Lavabursts.

Proof: I don't have any screens as no-matter what I do I only get black screens when I screen, and for video recording I'm not very good with them things.

Confirmed, Lava Surge should be consumed instantly after the cast.
