Details: (optional) I have just used that item and nothing has happened. When I clicked on the crystal, it has vanished but Alani's barrier was still up. It took me long time to farm the shards and now they are gone without me having the mount

Have you got any proof of creating the sky crystal such as in guild activity tab ?

I'm afraid not. I didn't even think about something like that could happen.

But I clearly remember the point where that happened: Jian Yang road close to the bridge. The strange fact is that crytal vanished immediately and nothing happened to Alani's barrier (the NPC seemed not even notice that I used the crystal)

Edit 1-
Oh, I remember another thing: I created that crystal the past weekend and I was in a guild. Now I'm out of it. Can I recover the log somehow? The guild was called Logic and my character is called Oscuria. Maybe you have access to the logs and can check this out.

I have found some old guild's logs that prove I collected all 10 Skyshards. I've done two screenshots. How can I link them here?

I just did it. As you will see, in the first image there is an achievement pop from a guildmate. I've added this so you can prove I had those skyshards before I posted the ticket on forums
