Bug description: All flightpaths should be known on character creation as in our 5.4.8 server for ease of access and questing. Currently you must learn each one as in retail.

This is not a bug, we are still thinking about flightpaths, most likely they will be instant on Mop and older xpacs, not decided on Wod, and normal on Legion.
