Bug description: all your attacks have a chance to trigger the "overpower" proc. When this procs, and you can use the overpower ability, if you use any other ability, other than overpower, the procs goes away instantly, and you can't use it anymore. If you use slam, mortal strike, hamstring, mostly anything, the Overpower proc goes away instatly.
