Bug description: There should be a portal from Stormwind to New Dalaran (Legion) from Stormwind Palace (coords ~80.16, 35)

Hi ,i think the portal would appear after you finish the quest chain that leads to that portal ,when whole dalaran will be teleported to broken shore .

Link the portal ID or a wowhead comment, an ingame picture with a missing object is not helping me at all

Try if this ID is the correct one: 224871 (it's a mage portal, but there isn't anything else relative)

And when this portal should be visible? After you take quest x / have completed quest x?

After you complete the Broken Shore story, the portal should be available for both factions (SW and Ogg).
