Bug description: You can stealth durring combat. U can also hit from steath for some seconds.
Proof: Easy to test on dummy.

You cannot, I just tested on PTR. Please turn off gm mode, because it prevents you entering combat, so obviously you can enter stealth even if you're fighting a dummy.
