It shouldn't trigger, only when you FALL below 35% from the damage. prove me wrong, and I can change it in a matter of seconds.

Update @ 02-03-2017, 22:37:59

I just confirmed on retail that it only procs when you had above 35% and the damage brings you below 35%. rejecting report
