[DUPLICATE] [Demon Hunter][Havoc] Fel Rush

Bug description:

The spell sometimes doesn't even move the player(possibly path finding issue),the other problem is,it's radius feels very small.

Proof:

Retail proof : https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=100&&v=ZqgcFsGm7E8 1:40 he Fel rushes 2 ruiner mobs,and as you can clearly see the mob on the left isn't even close to the main target,and his scrolling text shows 2 hits,meaning both got hit.

this happens on blizz too ,i don't think it's that bad actually ,as for the radius damage maybe you're right ,kinda small

There are instances when using fel rush uphill it won't dash at all.
