Bug description: The part wich should grant you a stack of Riptide with 10% chance when u consume Tidal Wave its not working .
Proof: I can't post any ss because it have a chance to proc and its not , a video wont do any good either because it just wont proc , if u want test it for few minutes , it should proc at least once if its working , but its not .
