Bug description: I opened blazing chest, and when i tried to pick up items, message showed up about this item will bind to my character. I couldn't even click it, because mobs killed me. Now there is no chest and i dont have items.

This is not a bug. If you want to be safe you need to clear the mobs beforehand.
As for your current issue you can submit an item recovery request and get your loot restored, however I repeat this is not a bug.
