Migration questions

Hello, i have something i've been wondering in regards to character migration. I had already put in my application, and is in progress. But I am honestly getting bored. So am I allowed to make a second character to play while i wait? Like I really wanna just run around an explore while i wait for the process to complete. Thanks in advance.

Greetings! Yes, you can create a character, or several, as long as none of the characters you create reaches level 80 or above. You can open a migration application on the forums once you've made up your mind and decided that you want to stay.
