The launcher_freakz not working it says The program can't start because MSVCP140.dll is missing but i have the program
Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 Redistributables, on my pc .But the other one launcher_freakz_64 is working so my real question is if i can play on ptr when its live from the launcher_freakz_64?
Do i need both launchers or its fine only the 64 launcher?

You need VS 2015 redistributables for both 32bit and 64 bit if you want to play both versions.

You don't need both launchers, you can also play with 64 only
