I'll explain. Durotan has the same issue. Why? Because when you initially arrive in Gorgrond, you are asked to choose which outpost to construct, an arena or a lumber mill, not both. They open up only 1 chain, which ends up with a different powerful item (Lumber mill focuses more on Botani, Genesaurs, etc. and gives you Will of the Genesaur or something, whereas the Arena will focus more on the Gronns and ogres, ending with the spirit of the Magnaron or somesuch) which are later used to fight the Iron Horde. Check the quest text again, you'll notice a subtle difference in the text, but they basically do the same thing. ( I hope by the time the server goes live, we will be able to choose which chain we follow, not both...)
