Bug description: Process off generating healing spheres are working incorrectly, they are "spawning" almost never, during process of lvling from lvl 90-92 i had just single ONE healing sphere spawned. Because of that Expel Harm spell is uselless
Proof: Gift of the Ox passive supose to generate healing spheres after getting hit

Gift of the Ox generates 1 healing sphere after taking damage equal to your max HP (unmitigated, before Stagger, etc). not my fault that you don't really take damage on lower levels...

A: It's no longer a random chance, under the hood. When you are hit, it increments a counter by (DamageTakenBeforeAbsorbsOrStagger / MaxHealth). It now drops an orb whenever that reaches 1.0, and decrements it by 1.0. The tooltip still says "chanceâ", to keep it understandable.

Yes but i think losing 30% of HP it supose to generate single one sphere even on low lvl toon. And at this moment its not spawning. So "chance" i think is more possible to proc during 30%HP loss. Or maybe im wrong. If yes sorry for bother.
