Bug description: Holgar Stormaxe should be at the end of this quest and let us finish it instead he is just moving around doing nothing.

Ok until then i've found a backdoor to dalaran.
Go where the cataclysm portals are in Ogrimmar and there should be a portal that will take us to the new Dalaran.(don't click it while mounted)
