Bug description: the NPC https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=109073&&name=enderkind is not spawned/spawning/respawning. Camped trough couple of 5,10,20min respawn cycles, a server restart and 2 crashes - it doesn't appear to spawn at all
