I wanted to make a post about heroic leap aswell and since you already made one i will post here. I noticed that Heroic Leap is working as intended except when there is a hill in front of you. Proof: http://imgur.com/a/KenUR

Rejected, it's working fine, sometime it's delay only because you have lag/ping or sv has.
