Bug description: When you arrive on the Devastators site, you only see the flag (you supposed to put) already set. When you click it, it give you credit for the quest, but no scene show (it supposed to appear one of your allies and destroy the devastator), a couple of devastator zone is not correctly phasing (they have already only allies and no enemies).
