Bug description: This item does damage equal to 90% of the enemy's maximum health, has a 3.5 second cast, has no cooldown, Not usable in dungeons/raids and "trivial difficulty" means non-elite enemies 20 or more level lower than you (e.g. level 80 enemies as level 100) but it works on players of equal/higher level sadly.

Ohh i was the one using it on you, was just about to report it lol. It also works on any mob up till level 110 (haven't encountered any higher mobs than that). Even if a mob has 10 mill HP you can basically one shot it.
