He said "Bug description: You can finish the quest only after a fresh restart when all the cages are closed and you can open to free the prisoner. Already opened cage is not closing back.
Proof: I recorded 5 minutes to see if is closing but is not doing that at all. And also the header is missing.

I think You don´t understand. I wanna tell with the screenshot that I finished the Quest "The Great Salvation" already + You seeing that there should be a Quest NPC on the place front of me but NPC does not spawned.

Edit: Ohh, i´m sorry. I did not see the picture. But that screenshot from him is confusing me...
