Bug description: The quest is part of the Paladin and Priest order hall campaigns and should not be able to be accepted by non-paladin/priest classes
Additionally - the quest items drop from mobs both when the quest is active and not, collecting them does not seem to give quest credit

Fixes will be live only after a server restart !
