Bug description: The quest "Hardly Working" tells me to use the quest item "Illusion Effiegies" in order to free 10 Enslaved Outcasts, but when i try to use the quest item nothing happens. I've tryed to use it on the specified NPC's but in different places, and still nothing happens. In my opinion, the quest item is not working.
