unable to login (stuck at connecting)

Bug description: every time I try to login it stays at connecting. the game was working before and the bug started yesterday
mop works fine and nothing have changed in my firewall or router settings

Did you try redownloading the launcher? If yes, show me a screenshot of the wow folder

Not sure what the cause could be. Do you know how to make a wireshark sniff? If not, google a bit (it's easy: you start program, start sniffing, stop sniffing, save file).
Start wow, start sniffing with wireshart, try to login, wait a couple of seconds, stop sniffing, save file, upload file.

when I tried to sniff the packets today it worked
